The first step after a collision is to contact your insurance agent and make a claim. Your agent will give you suggestions on their preferred collision shops, but you have the ultimate say in who you trust with your car.Once you decide on a collision repair center you will be given an estimate for the collision repairs.

Important reminder: If your car is not driveable, make sure that you notify the tow truck driver to tow your car to Nelson's Collision. If not specified, your car will be taken to the towing company's impound lot, where you will be charged a storage fee, until you decide where you want it taken. Be warned, some insurance companies will not pay for your vehicle to be towed twice.
